The Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator online to handle the closing transactions for a client who is selling a home. Unlike a traditional real estate TC, who works in a real estate office, a Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator handles all their responsibilities remotely and is often contracted to work for numerous sellers. As a Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, duties are to monitor the sales process, review the contract or other legal documents between the seller, buyer, and any other parties, and file any additional paperwork, such as escrow filings. The Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator assist agents through every step of the transaction, checking deadlines, preparing and finishing paperwork, among other things. They take over the tedious tasks for you from contract to close.

Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales files and necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
  • Process cancellations.
  • Provide real-time feedback and analytics to Sales and Escrow department regarding sales activities and Backlog Management.
  • Manage contingency file follow-up.
  • Prepare, Modify Real Estate documents including purchase contracts, leases, amendments, addendums (REO & Short Sale addendums) for transactions and make fillable PDF templates for transactions.
  • Effectively and promptly communicates with internal & external agents regarding deficiencies in documents and providing explanation and assistance.
  • Auditing files for missing documents.
  • Assist as needed for tracking down missing documents.

Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or related.
  • Strong experience supporting a real estate sales team preferred.
  • Real Estate License.
  • High level Customer Service in high volume business environment.
  • Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to utilize technology for virtual meetings and videos.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
