The Digital Marketing Coordinator Virtual Assistant is responsible for managing content, web design and implementing continuous improvement of the Sales Communication website. The Digital Marketing Coordinator Virtual Assistant will collaborate with marketing and sales planning managers and prioritize the timely delivery of digital new product and promotional programs, updates to existing sales programs, selling tools and news critical to the performance of the selling organization. The Digital Marketing Coordinator Virtual Assistant owns the process of website content and works across multiple online platforms.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Daily administrative tasks as needed, including organizing meetings and sending calendar and conference invites.
  • Process invoices and coordinate budget communication internally, as well as vendor communication.
  • Coordinate automated submissions across digital marketing partners and Internal processes, and follow through on details needed.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorms and throughout campaign planning – keep abreast of existing and emerging media and marketing trends.
  • Work with visual and art departments on creative digital content, optimization, routing, and scheduling.
  • Track, analyze and utilize campaign, social data, consumer behavior online, and audience awareness to help optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign goals and objectives around awareness, engagement, consumption (streams, video views), and conversion with measurable KPIs.
  • Identify viral, digital word-of-mouth marketing opportunities with the goal of driving traffic, fan acquisition, and creating brand awareness for artists and participate in team & campaign brainstorms.
  • Discover new sites, accounts, creators, and outlets to promote artists and maintain relationships.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator Virtual Assistant Requirements

  • Effective communication and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Collaboration must be able to work independently as well in a team environment.
  • Problem solving ability and sound business judgment in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Flexible and willing to adjust to a changing workload to ensure timely results.
  • Maintain reference and sales materials information on a secure web site.
  • Excellent typing, electronic filing, word processing and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of office technologies of Microsoft technologies and the combination of one or more of the following: Sharepoint, SalesForce, Adobe and SAP, desirable.
  • Knowledge of departmental procedures
  • Effective self-direction and motivation.
