El Coordinador de Operaciones del Programa es responsable de planificar, organizar, administrar y ejecutar los programas de principio a fin. El Coordinador de operaciones del programa supervisa las relaciones con los clientes con respecto a la gestión del programa, el desarrollo de funciones, las pruebas y la integración. El Coordinador de Operaciones del Programa planifica, supervisa y documenta todos los aspectos de los programas específicos en curso. También desarrolla e implementa políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
Responsabilidades del Coordinador de Operaciones del Programa:
- Trabaje en toda la organización para asegurarse de que el alcance y la dirección de cada programa estén a tiempo y que todas las partes interesadas conozcan el estado actual.
- Administrar la calidad del programa
- Analizar datos y tomar decisiones que afecten el/los programa(s) de manera regular.
- Coordinar con operaciones en proyectos para mejorar y analizar el desempeño del programa.
- Trabaje en equipos de todo el personal para resolver problemas.
Requisitos del Coordinador de Operaciones del Programa:
- Licenciatura o parecido.
- Experiencia laboral progresiva preferentemente en el área de gestión de proyectos.
- Experiencia en la coordinación de múltiples funciones comerciales.
- Capacidad para identificar las necesidades del negocio.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Auto motivador con fuerte ética de trabajo y la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas.
- Organizado con excelente atención al detalle.
