Associate Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Field new production requests in salesforce and manage the production project flow.
- Manage and oversee multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously.
- Understand and communicate marketing guidelines and best practices to advertising clients and external production partners.
- Provide updates to production team on vendor performance to help inform strategy.
- Communicate with internal and external teams, tracking process of key workflows, identify workflow improvements.
- Communicate requirements and progress to leadership, peers, and partner teams.
- Help create resources and documentation for sales to help guide process.
- Maintain a database of files, images, logos and other assets used in sales materials.
Associate Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in business management, marketing, communications or related area.
- Knowledge of marketing, sales process and media in general.
- Creative problem solver – ability to generate ideas and new concepts/positioning as it relates to the advertiser product/brand.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to think visually and learn new concepts quickly.
- Talent to analyze basic reporting data and industry insights.
