Associate Devops Engineer Responsibilities:
- Consult and analyze and help deliver infrastructure as code, automation, and devops solutions for tech and business teams.
- Utilize coding knowledge to automate and configure IT infrastructure.
- Helping to build end to end self-service solutions to enable application deployment.
- Will work in a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders and IT to develop and understand requirements and expectations to achieve quality technical solutions.
- Define and manage development tasks, dependencies, and work estimates.
- Participate in requirements, design, and coding walkthroughs.
- Identify opportunities and support innovative solutions.
- Evaluate existing processes for improvements; Develop new processes, tools and automation.
- Develop new products, and maintain and improve existing critical applications.
- Create test plans and cases (manual and automated) and use tracking tools to file, monitor, and resolve issues.
- Generate and maintain functional/technical design specifications documentation.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with all team members, stakeholders and product owners, providing detailed status reports on project progress.
Associate Devops Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information. Technology or Computer Engineering.
- Solid experience coding with scripting languages.
- Strong experience working with infrastructure as code tooling.
- General knowledge of OS and Infra concepts.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Motivated, self-directed, multitasker and proactive.
- Team player with strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Desire to learn new technologies and latest industrial standards.
