The Technical Recruiter Virtual Assistant is responsible for supporting the staffing needs of an organization, updating the company’s job boards, and coordinating with the department managers to identify their staffing requirements and candidate qualifications. The Technical Recruiter Virtual Assistant schedule the interviews and evaluations of the qualified applicants, endorsing them for final assessments with a department’s hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter Virtual Assistant also assist with the processing of requirements for the hired candidates and managing their onboarding procedures. The Technical Recruiter Virtual Assistant performs administrative and clerical duties as needed, especially on updating the candidate’s information and doing background checks.

Technical Recruiter Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the team leaders to manage, oversee and support day-to-day operations of the national consulting practice.
  • Collaborate with human resources to provide local support in recruiting, onboarding and employee engagement.
  • Provide performance management including coaching, mentoring, and assisting with professional development of managers and new professionals.
  • Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.).
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.

Technical Recruiter Virtual Assistant Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or other related.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
  • Strong human resources and project management background.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and related technologies.
  • Excellent management/leadership skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
