Event Planner Coordinator Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and teach about technical requirements.
- Coordinate logistics (equipment, transportation, cross rentals).
- Collaborate with staff on event production.
- Coordinates planning and execution of member appreciation events including scheduling.
- Train staff and volunteers.
- Actively participate in planning meetings.
- Provide effective and prompt responses to all customer inquiries.
- Prepare, review and submit invoices after event completion, ensuring accurate reconciled labor and cross-rental costs.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned to ensure success events.
- Show how to records the event to the staff (photos, videos, audio and social media measures for station promotions).
Event Planner Coordinator Virtual Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or college degree.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop and social media platforms.
