Under general direction, the Visa Consultant Virtual Assistant provides all front-desk client services to the general public, creating a positive first impression of the Embassy and the Government. The Visa Consultant Virtual Assistant also provides consular, passport and notarial services to citizens, and other countries of accreditation, and administrative support to the Embassy, including for the Direct Aid Program. Tthe Visa Consultant Virtual Assistant position requires a probity check to be completed. The Visa Consultant Virtual Assistant will require good organization, delivery and team working skills.
The Visa Consultant Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handles customer orders portfolio and monitors execution
- Liaise with the relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment
- Proactively alerts customer in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engages in the search for a solution to the customer
- Informs and follows up with customers

- High school diploma
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent personal grooming established by company standards
