The Sales Executive Virtual Assistant will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges with people-related solutions. The Sales Executive Virtual Assistant will focus on creating the people strategy. The Sales Executive Virtual Assistant will partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute the strategy for how the company hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize work. The Sales Executive Virtual Assistant will be responsible for the sales solutions and will develop strategies and initiatives to increase results.

The Sales Executive Virtual Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Develop business strategies to increase revenue and advance market share.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining and improve customer relationships 
  • Develop, maintain, and improve relationships with key accounts within designated area 
  • Follow up sales activities on market events such as conferences, user meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Perform on-site demonstrations and assist in post-sale customer training.
  • Update and Maintain Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM).
  • Provide update status on all job related to activities as needed.
  • Provide support for customers 
  • Become technically proficient in products and solutions to best meet market demands and industry requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Sales Executive Virtual Assistant Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in a B2B Services organization in cloud computing, enterprise, software, or services.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate multi-functionally with both internal stakeholders and external customers or partners.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, take on complex strategic and operational initiatives and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to develop and present to stakeholders and executives across all organizational levels.
