Also, designs office filing systems; organizes and maintains files (including confidential files); maintains, updates and reviews reference materials and manuals. The Front Desk Services Receptionist Virtual Assistant has considerable knowledge of office systems and procedures, also considerable knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; knowledge of business communications, interpersonal skills; ability to schedule and prioritize office workflow.

Front Desk Services Receptionist Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a filing system, reviews correspondence for spelling and grammar, receives mail.
  • Keep paper files organized.
  • Keep computer’s files organized.
  • Assists the CEO with client’s communications.
  • Assists Administrative personnel obtaining documentation and information from.
  • Keep the office calendar.
  • Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries.
  • Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.

Front Desk Services Receptionist Virtual Assistant Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalency.
  • Experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
