The Executive Director Virtual Assistant is responsible for the strategic, financial, governance, and engagement functions. The Executive Director Virtual Assistant will promote a customer-centric vision to deliver support that generates value to meet the needs of regional and other specific business units and to promote training opportunities to help team members and colleagues develop their skills (soft and hard) to contribute to a high performance team. The Executive Director Virtual Assistant will have the tactical responsibility for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and systems/tools that support their functions. The Executive Director Virtual Assistant is expected to meet sales goals established while delivering the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients.
The Executive Director Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
- Translating our global strategy into clear and tangible outcomes
- Directing the commercial strategy in the region, with a focus on supporting direct customer sales in key markets and building a strategy for building partnerships in the rest of the region.
- Driving commercial growth through both B2B and B2C channels: developing, managing and growing a pipeline of customer base, engaging in screening discussions, negotiating agreements, responding to tenders, and coordinating with fulfillment teams.
- Managing specific high impact projects and collaborations when needed.
- Managing the financial and administrative teams to ensure strong Backoffice support for field teams
- Leading and empowering the managers and directors to ensure efficient operations: coaching and growing the key people to make them into regional leaders
- Be a representative and public figure, representing our culture and vision
The Executive Director Virtual Assistant Requirements
- Solid experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Technology disciplines
- Experience in Customer/Vendor Relations, Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing Contracts, Administration and Finance for IT
- Experience in negotiations with dominant local and global provider/suppliers in the market
