The Business Information Management Analyst, ensuring that the staff business is adequately documented, identifying documents and data that need long term preservation, also determining how long to keep them. Also, takes responsibility for records management system.  The Business Information Management Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements for software solutions, supporting project management activities. The Business Information Management Analyst in some cases leading areas of project management to deliver on a variety client needs related to change management, systems development, and data analysis. The Business Information Management Analyst should have excellent attention to detail and superior communication skills.

Business Information Management Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assist in data acquisition, data cleansing and consolidation.
  • Generate electronic reports.
  • Determines the need for establishing and maintaining a variety of subject matter files, regulatory and guidance material, and publications.
  • Performs word processing, receipt/transmit of electronic mail and to set up and maintain a variety of databases in support of various office functions.
  • Reviews correspondence material prepared by various office and personnel.
  • Work with business unit leaders to continuously improve the employee onboarding experience.
  • Interpret survey responses, team dynamics and discuss the results with the managers and team members.

 Business Information Management Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, business, software or related.
  • Solid experience in Business process analysis and change management.
  • experience in IT project management and requirements management/analysis.
  • Knowledge of records and information management concepts, principles, and practices, including electronic records and information management Demonstrates abilities and success with working in IT Project Management, Product Development or related field to deliver project and products.
  • Solid ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
