The Business Owner’s Personal Assistant must have the ability to support a large multinational group of technical professionals, along with visiting staff and customers. The Business Owner’s Personal Assistant responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel

The Business Owner’s Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level administrative support
  • Producing, proofing, and editing complex correspondences
  • Compiling and analyzing complex information for inclusion in reports and preparing presentations
  • Processing highly confidential and critical information
  • Processing expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Maintaining calendars, set up appointments, scheduling travel arrangements
  • Organizing meetings
  • Act as an information resource on organization policies and procedures
  • Coordinating special projects and department activities

The Business Owner’s Personal Assistant Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple priorities
  • Senior knowledge in calendar management and expense reporting
  • Strong MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams skills required
  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills
