This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, and involves utilizing various internal systems to assist patients with their billing needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing billing inquiries and explaining insurance benefits.
- Document and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate insurance denials and missing payments.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications
