What qualifications, skills and experience required the Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant to be successful in their role?

The Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant takes care of patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. The Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant will have to utilize specialized nursing knowledge, judgment, and skills necessary to assess data, create a specialized care plan, and provide treatment that is appropriate to the patient’s needs. The Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant will provide functions such as: provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, participate in the workers’ compensation process, and implement a wellness program. The Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant will be compassionate and cool-tempered. The Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. 

The Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Provide triage, first aid and/ or referral to outside medical provider.
  • Maintain all records of treatment given to associates.
  • Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associates.
  • Contact treating physicians as necessary, to schedule appointments and arrange further treatment.
  • Provide analysis of all incidents on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in incident investigations as needed.
  • Learn each job function in facility so to fully understand the body mechanics involved in the task.

The Nursing Home Administrator Virtual Assistant Requirements:

  • A minimum of a BA or BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or related scientific field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Clinical trial monitoring experience
  • Strong working knowledge of GCP, company SOPs, local laws and regulations, assigned protocols and associated protocol specific procedures including monitoring guidelines.
  • Strong IT skills in appropriate software and company systems. 
  • Good planning, organization and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
  • Computer competency
