Summary

A senior sales development representative is responsible for generating leads for the company and turning those leads into prospective customers. They contact potential clients through cold emails and phone calls.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to new prospects via phone and email. 100 calls per day are expected.
  • Set up high quality meetings where the value of the offering has been explained.
  • Join Sales Representatives (AEs) on calls, takes notes and familiarize yourself with the products we offer.

 

Qualifications (non-negotiable):

  • Demonstrate that you were one of the top reps at your last job. We do not hire anyone who wasn’t in the 80th percentile of performance (proof required during interview).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (to be tested during interview).
  • A growth mindset. A desire to learn and be better every day.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt constantly.
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and help your peers.
  • Impeccable work ethic to make 100 high quality calls per day.
  • Good phone skills (to be tested during interview).

 

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce knowledge.
  • Previous Outreach.io experience (SalesLoft or similar software help too).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month.

 

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

 

Experience:

Sales: 5 years (Required)

 

Language:

Advance English (Required).
