Description
We are looking for a meticulous Data and Records Administrator with a strong focus on data entry and archival management. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, organizing, and maintaining academic records, with a primary focus on reviewing high school transcripts and managing student data systems. Your attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy will be essential in maintaining the integrity of student records. Additionally, you will support administrative tasks related to registration, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update academic records, including transcript evaluations, into student information systems (SIS).
- Capture and organize student data, ensuring it meets compliance and accuracy standards.
- Perform detailed transcript reviews to verify transfer credits and determine course equivalency.
- Maintain well-organized digital archives of academic records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Respond to requests from students and staff regarding transcripts and records, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Assist with data entry related to student registration and enrollment, ensuring all records are properly captured and stored.
- Process and update student information, including scheduling changes and grade entries, in alignment with academic policies.
- Archive records systematically, ensuring easy access for academic teams and administrative staff.
- Strong organizing and maintaining digital archives or managing student registration and enrollment is a key responsibility
- Generate reports and analyze data trends to support ongoing recordkeeping improvements.

Qualifications

- High proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, with a strong focus on bulk actions, data imports, and data verification.
- Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and online education systems is a plus.
