This is an open position to work with us, here in Mexico. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team of Remoto Workforce, to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

We connect companies in the US and Canada with qualified remote talent in Mexico to offer a whole new remote work experience.
Responsible for managing the prospect database to ensure the validity of each prospect record to enable efficient and effective outbound sales and marketing activities. Finding various potential leads through LinkedIn and looking for their email address.
- Research and consultation of different sources of information in order to generate quality leads for the company.
- Data extraction from various sources–including databases, platforms, web pages.
- Data cleansing activities.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate information and activity reports for Marketing department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
- Experience using LinkedIn and Hubspot.
- Web scraping experience.
- Solid experience using Google Search.
